Our Latest Recipe
New this time is our Open Sesame Deluxe Bran Muffins. Quite out of the ordinary.

Our philosophy
We believe that the only thing better than eating something delicious is thinking about life, happiness, and meaning--while eating something delicious. And the only thing better than these is doing them with a friend.

"A soothing tongue is a tree of life," Solomon tells us (Proverbs 15:4a), and what better way to give or receive the healing of a soothing tongue than to talk with a friend over a nice cup of tea accompanied by something tasty?

Reading just a bit further down in Proverbs, we are told, "The lips of the wise spread knowledge" (15:7a). Knowledge and its refinement, wisdom, are great things because you can give them away and still have them. Can't say that about all that other stuff that eventually crowds our garages to little purpose. So when you prepare one of our recipes and invite a friend over to try it with a cup of tea, take a few minutes to share the wisdom of your heart and your experience.

Remember that the gift of your time is a symbol of love, and love is the best gift.

My son, eat  honey, for it is good,
Yes, the honey from the comb is sweet to  your taste
Know that wisdom is thus for your soul;
If you find it, then there will be a future,
And your hope will not be cut off.
--Proverbs 24:13-14
